OneSOS Expands: Legal Aid and Roadside Assistance Join the Platform

Since launch, OneSOS has connected citizens to ambulances, hospitals, fire services, police and disaster-response teams through one SOS button. But the hours after an incident bring their own emergencies: insurance claims, FIRs, accident compensation — and sometimes, a car dead on a highway at midnight.

Legal aid, when you need it most

Our new legal-aid vertical connects accident victims and their families with empanelled lawyers who specialise in motor accident claims, medico-legal cases and FIR assistance. Requests raised through the app carry the incident record with them — no re-explaining the case to every new person.

Roadside assistance, around the clock

A breakdown on a dark stretch of highway is a safety issue, not just an inconvenience. The roadside-assistance network now on OneSOS covers towing, on-spot repair, fuel delivery and battery jump-starts, dispatched with the same live-tracking experience as our ambulances.
