When you raise an SOS, our system captures your live GPS location and creates an emergency request instantly. There are no forms to fill in an emergency — details can follow later. The request is broadcast to our dispatch pipeline within a second.

Finding the right responder, not just the nearest

The platform ranks available ambulances by a combination of distance, current traffic, vehicle type and crew readiness. A basic life-support van two minutes away may be the wrong choice for a cardiac case when an advanced life-support ambulance is four minutes away. The ranking engine weighs this automatically.

The driver's side of the story

The assigned driver receives the alert on the OneSOS Ambulance app with one-tap navigation to your pin. If the driver cannot accept — stuck at a hospital handover, for example — the request cascades to the next-ranked vehicle without anyone having to make a phone call.

You see everything

From the moment of assignment you can watch the ambulance approach on the live map, see the driver's name and vehicle number, and share your tracking link with family. Hospitals on the route are alerted before arrival so the emergency room is ready, not surprised.
